Do you only work with Auckland businesses?
No. We're based in Matakana, Auckland, and work with businesses across New Zealand and overseas, including clients in Fiji and the United States.

What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist answers your business phone when you can't, handles common questions, and takes booking or enquiry details. It then sends those details to you or your system so the lead doesn't go cold.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. We set up every voice system to tell callers it's an AI assistant and whether the call is recorded, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
